Curriculum
At Thrive, we are committed to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build healthy relationships and make positive life choices. Our relationship education program uses the REAL Essentials curriculum developed by the Center for Relationship Education — a nationally recognized, evidence-based program taught in schools and communities across the country.

Content
REAL Essentials is designed to help students strengthen communication skills, develop healthy relationship habits, understand personal boundaries, and grow in character, responsibility, and emotional wellness. Lessons are age-appropriate, engaging, and focused on practical life skills students can apply in everyday situations.
Topics may include:
- Healthy relationships and communication
- Respect, boundaries, and conflict resolution
- Decision-making and future goals
- Social and emotional wellness
- Personal responsibility and healthy choices
- Self-worth and respect for others

All Thrive educators are certified through the Center for Relationship Education and receive specialized training to ensure professional, compassionate, and effective instruction.
